I'm a married forty-something Native American who loves reading romance. I live in the Pacific Northwest and have a variety of interesting hobbies which include, but are not limited to, creating book covers for authors and Leap of Faith Publishing, mixed media art, particularly portraits which fall in the whimsey category, and 3D art using a the free digital art program Daz Studio Pro.
I also like to spend time outdoors walking and looking at nature. If there's a body of water nearby you can bet I'm not going to be far from it. I love lakes, the ocean, creeks, streams you name it. I try to get outside at least a couple of times a day. Sometimes that means I take a walk in the rain, or snow if we get lucky, but that's okay since I've lived my entire life in the Pacific Northwest and I'm used to the rain.
When I'm not doing any of the above I like to cuddle with my hubby and watch movies or just talk. We both enjoy crime dramas, fantasy and science fiction movies. Occasionally I can talk him into watching a chick flick as well. However, as with most men, they feel like you're taking their "man card" away asking them to watch one of those! So, I keep it to well made ones that also may have some shoot'em up or something else to keep his interest in the storyline.
